2 - Explore More
If you would like to do some more deeper exploration into your own personal experiences before beginning this process, please first read ‘Define Your Inner Diva’. You can purchase the e-book for $3.99 on Amazon or you may purchase the hard copy from our store.
‘Define Your Inner Diva’ is laid out as a workbook that takes you through a process to identify your road map. Some of the assessments can be confronting, but I do not recommend skipping over them because as you continue through the book, you will want to come back to them and find out the answers. (Males – please do not be discouraged by the title or look of the book. It will be beneficial for you as well.)

Once you have finished reading The Trouble With Trauma, please work your way through the Mapping System.
Once the Mapping System is complete, then you may start working through the Workbook.
Initial Review
First, work through the Initial Review section of the worksheet.
Identify an individual in your life who will assist you with accountability and help you ensure that you are actively attempting to reach your goals.
At three weeks, six weeks, three months and six months from now, I would like you to come back to the workbook as well as this page for further resources.
Please mark each date (and set a reminder!) in your calendar and ensure that the individual you have nominated to assist you in this journey does the same.
